The Journal of Aesthetic Surgery (JAS) is a fully open access journal. All articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication.

Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without prior permission from the publisher or the authors.

The journal does not charge readers any subscription fees. Information regarding Article Processing Charges (APCs), if applicable, is clearly stated on the journal website.
